Desiree Hansen

Desiree Lyn Hansen (Dede), age 51, died October 3, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.

Desiree was born August 19, 1966 in Wheatridge, Colorado.  She was the daughter of Pete and Doe Clore of Grand Junction, Colorado.  She spent her youth in Westminster, Colorado and was a graduate of Westminster High School.  She worked as a cake decorator then as a server most of her life here in Colorado and in Tennessee where she lived several years.

Desiree enjoyed spending time with her miniature dachshund, Alice, who traveled with her everywhere.  She also loved the Colorado Mountains and enjoyed painting old furniture; making it into something new and different.  She loved spending time with her Uncle Donavon Moss, helping on his ranch near Gunnison, Colorado.

She is survived by two daughters, Natalie and Vivian, a granddaughter, her parents, her sister Bonny Wilkins (Ricky) and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and many good friends.

No services will be held.  Please consider making a memorial contribution to an Animal Shelter or Rescue of your choice.

Cremation was entrusted to Brown's Cremation and Funeral Service.
