Adrienne Barnett

Adrienne Barnett, age 85, passed away December 8, 2020 at home.

Born 11/25/1935 in Gunnison, Colorado, she was the daughter of Leslie Emmett Trine and Arline Kuaternik.

She was a master bridge player and loved to travel, with trips to Jerusalem, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Belize, and across the United States.

She was a loving and caring person that prided herself in being a caretaker. Her children were her everything and she had a love for all children who were around her.  Seeing her care for babies was especially comforting.  As the family grew, her love grew for everyone around her.  She adored anything that represented a mother and child, often collecting paintings, jewelry, and statues that would encompass the love a mother had for her child.  As a strong-willed woman, she taught her family how to be successful in life.

Adrienne was preceded in death by her siblings, Bob, Pat, and Jim.

Adrienne is survived by her brother Bill, and her three children, Walter, Elizabeth and Teresa, four grandchildren, Annie, Zachary, Sarah, and Adrienne, ten great grandchildren, Zaiden, Zander, Juniper, Dietrich, Quentin, Hazelyn, Mason, Madison, Merrick and Wyatt.

She also was a loving mother to four step-children: Barbara, Steven, David, and Elizabeth.

Along with several extended family.

Her ashes will be spread at a later date in Crested Butte, Colorado
