Anthony Del Moral

Anthony Patrick Del Moral, 65, passed away 14 August 2016 following a sudden illness. Born January 31, 1951 in Bay Shore, New York, he was the son of Anthony Louis Del Moral and Nemesi Marguerite Alecia Del Moral. Patrick graduated from South Brown High School and attended Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale Florida. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Vietnam War. Patrick was employed as a government contractor administrator for a number of years at locations like AUTEC Naval Base at Andros Island, Bahamas and Fort Carson, Colorado Springs CO; additionally, he served as a civilian contractor during the Iraq War in Mosul. He enjoyed all sporting activities with baseball being his passion. He played on numerous adult teams as well as coached and mentored numerous youth teams throughout the years. Patrick was a dedicated father, brother, and friend. He was hardworking man and always willing to help others. He loved his family and antagonizing/teasing his grandchildren and his numerous nieces and a nephew. His father Anthony, his mother Margie, and a brother Ralph preceded Patrick in death. He leaves behind his son Anthony (AJ) and daughter in law, Kimberly of Colorado Springs, CO; son Travis and daughter in law Sarah of Grand Junction, CO; and his daughter Taylor Jean Del Moral, Grand Junction CO; also his granddaughters Rushelle, IzaBella, and Marilyn, his sister Susan Del Moral Wapelhorst (Wayne) Springfield, OH, his brothers Joseph, Rush, CO and Edward Del Moral, Vine Grove, KY and several nieces and a nephew along with numerous friends. Special thanks to Hope West care and comfort especially Felica Walz and Brian; Kai Custer Keach and Sally Custer for their constant care, love, comfort and attention to Patrick. Memorial services will be at ¬¬¬¬____________. Burial mass will be at St Joseph Catholic Church, 230 N 3rd Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501. Memorial contribution can be made in Anthony Patrick Del Moral name to Hospice at Hope West Care Center, 3090 North 12th Street, Grand Junction CO 81506.
