Bobby Ray Moore
Bobby Ray Moore, age 84, died 12/29/2022, following a brief illness. Bobby was born 07/03/1938, in Lamar, CO., he was the son of the late Audrey and Helen Moore. Bobby attended school up to the 8th grade in the Meeker, CO. area.
Bobby was a sharp businessman and owner of MK Typewriter Service for over 50 years. Even repairing some typewriters almost up to his death. He had also in his younger years worked as a truck driver hauling logs and working as a gas station attendant and mechanic. As well as many other jobs.
Bobby was a member of the Wheels West Car Club for many years. Having a 26’ Chevy, 56’ Chevy and several other cars. Bobby and Marilyn (his late wife) enjoyed going to car shows and being in parades. Bobby loved to be outdoors, on his four-wheeler with his best dog Goldie, going fishing and hunting. He loved to collect guns and go target shooting. Doing his own reloading was his winter past time. He also liked to fly his remote-controlled airplanes with (his brother) Terry.
Bobby was very friendly and outgoing. He loved his Family and Friends. He was always there to lend a helping hand to someone. Bobby worked hard but played even harder.
Bobby is preceded in death by, his wife Marilyn Moore, a brother Vernon Moore, two sisters Rosetta Steel and Louise Moore. And a grandson Jeremy Davis.
Bobby is survived by his daughters Laura Dahlstrom, Brenda Cockle, a son Bryon Moore, stepchildren Tim Fagan, Tami Tow, and Teresa White. And a brother Terry Moore. 15 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
