Brian Wayne Chapman passed away unexpectedly on September 8th, 2022 in Grand Junction, Colorado at St. Mary’s hospital.  He was born December 2, 1971 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Brian loved his family, friends and dogs.  He founded Mustang Sallyz where he trained dock jumping dogs.  He hosted dog jumping events and traveled to attend many other events.

Brian attended Fruita Monument High School and studied at Wyoming Technical Institute. Brian is preceded in death by his father, Homer (Red) Chapman.  He is survived by his daughter Amanda Chapman, mother Rose Chapman, brother Todd (Lori) Chapman and nephews John and Eric Chapman.

The family is grateful for the efforts made by all to assist Brian.  No formal services will be held.
