After a three year battle with ALS, Byron Carlton Corbett (63) passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Byron was born on November 15, 1961 to Vernie and Loretta Corbett in Gainesville, Florida. He is survived by his wife Colleen Corbett, his three children Jessica Kramer, Katelyn Mason, Reuben Corbett, and 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by his parents Vernie and Loretta Corbett, his brother Barry Corbett and his sister Bretta Ripplinger.
Byron will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, and papa. He was a talented dentist of 30 years, loved playing racquetball and spending time with his grandchildren. Byron had a strong love for and testimony of God. He was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His family and friends are comforted by memories of his humor, his generous spirit, and his excellent barbecue.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11 at 11:00 am at 2542 G Road in Grand Junction. All are welcome.
