Carolyn Mcgloin

Carolyn was a Navy Veteran,  loving wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt who passed away on June 16, 2020 in Grand Junction, CO, at the age of 67. Born and raised in Detroit Lakes Minnesota, and resided in Norfolk and Virgina Beach, Virgina, Tilghman Island Maryland and finally in Grand Junction Colorado. She is survived by her husband, Jude, son Reid, sisters Adeline Bencker and Joy Gilbert (Donald). She was preceded in death by her parents Jacob P. Altenhofen and Charlotte "Rose" Altenhofen (Allen), siblings Benjamin Altenhofen, Edna Altenhofen, Henry Altenhofen, Mary "Jayne" Altenhofen Williams, Helen Altenhofen Wichern, Ila Altenhofen George, Linda Altenhofen Allrich, LeRoy Altenhofen, Elsie Altenhofen Keith and Florence Altenhofen Johnson.

She was one of the strongest people in the family. She was always there for family and friends and will be sorely missed by all. She enjoyed traveling, camping, meeting new people and was a avid reader.
