Charles Place

May 22, 1937 — December 8, 2020

Chuck as he was called by his family and friends, passed away peacefully with his wife Kay by his side.

He was born to Steve and Edna Place in Collbran, CO.  Chuck had 2 older brothers and 1 older sister.  Chuck married Kay Frances Fresh when he got out of the Navy on March 3, 1961.  They lived in Lakewood, Colorado where Chuck worked in telecommunications.   Later on in life, after his 3 daughters were born and in school, he took on the ministry with his wife Kay.  They then relocated to the western slope of Colorado where he later retired.

He loved GOD, his family and fishing.  He is survived by his beloved wife Kay and his 3 daughters; Barbara Hartman, Debra Dean and Annette McCaslin.  He has 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.  And let's not forget about his little dog Bear, as he was his constant companion.

Chuck was a man of GOD and touched many people he came in contact with.  He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

Rest easy Chuck, rest easy
