Charles Taylor

Charles J. Taylor age 85 passed away May 24, 2014, in Grand Junction, Colorado.  He was the son of the late Charles and Elma Lowen Taylor. Charlie honorably served in the United States Navy. He was a very dedicated volunteer at the veterans hospital  having served there for over 20 years, prior to his retirement Charlie worked in the medical supply business. He has been a resident of the Grand Valley since 1991

He was a member of St. Aidans, also a Laministic, volunteer at Cross Orchards as a Blacksmith and he was also a member of the Mountain Men Club.

He is survived by his wife Billie Taylor of Grand Junction, CO, son Greg Taylor (Keri) 0f Aurora, CO, C and two daughters Andrea Oller (Chris) of Loma, CO and Leslie Cadigan (John) of Boulder, CO.  Charlie is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 10 AM at the St. Mathews Episcopal Church, 3888 27 1/2 Rd.
