Cheryl June Boone

Cheryl June Boone formally of Portsmouth, New Hampshire died in her home in Rifle, Colorado on March 28 of natural causes. Cheryl was born in Portsmouth on December 15, 1960, the third child of Clifton & June Boone. Cheryl graduated from Portsmouth High School Class of 1978 and had planned to return to Portsmouth for her 45th class reunion this summer. In high school, Cheryl played the trombone in the PHS marching band. After graduation she attended UNH Durham and graduated in 1978. She moved to Colorado to study massage therapy and then set up her own successful practice which she only recently closed for retirement. She was an avid skier, both water and snow, which had a lot to do with her deciding to make her home in Colorado.

Cheryl will be interred with her father Clifton and her mother June in the Newington Cemetery at a later date.

She is survived by her brother, Jay and his wife Rosalie of Wales Maine, sister-in-law Marilyn, nephews Russell and Aaron of Ohio.
