Re: Clowell Franklin (Frank) Stacy
DOB: 2/11/47
Husband of Roberta (Bobbie) Stacy
Father of Scot Stacy
Father-In-Law of Jill Stacy
Grandfather of Heather and Lauren Stacy, both grown and out of their parents' home
Brother of Tom Stacy, Richard Stacy, Christine Stacy and Deborah Vanderhoff
Son-in-Law of Jewel (Judy) Crowley
Brother-in-Law of Linda Palatinus (Bill Palatinus) and Janeice Lautt (Paul Lautt)
Born in Yuma, AZ; educated in Yuma and Tempe, AZ at Arizona State University.
Frank is held in the highest regard for his professionalism in the area of Real Estate Sales. He was in that profession since 1990, owning Christian Brothers Realty from 1993 to 2012 when he was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Since then, he received treatments outside of the strict medical community, and was symptom free until late summer, 2017. Since then, his symptoms returned and he fought pain, nausea and all the other symptoms bravely and stoically until his death on April 3, 2018.
Prior to being a Real Estate Broker, Frank ran convenience stores, taught school, raised his young son, and made wonderful friends in all the places he and Bobbie and Scot lived: Yuma, AZ; Tempe, AZ; Calgary, Alberta; Grande Cache, Alberta; Colorado Springs and Denver, transferring here in 1982. From the time Frank and Bobbie and Scot moved here, Frank loved Grand Junction and never wanted to leave.
In 1994, Frank brought Bobbie's mother, Judy, to live with them. Building a duplex took the rest of the year. In May, 1995, the 3 moved into the duplex where they have resided ever since. When Judy's health was declining, Frank took on the job of working through the complex details of dealing with Judy's medical requirements. Judy has always called Frank her best friend, and she, like the rest of the family, lost her best friend on April 3, 2018. Her health continues to decline, but she is left with her daughters and sons-in-law to meet her needs in the future.
Frank's major hobbies were playing pool, bowling, golfing and skiing. He and Bobbie enjoyed all of those activities together. He made so many friends in work and in play that he is missed by countless people in town and out of town.
Frank's intelligence, wit, and constant love for his family and friends will be remembered as his main attributes. He was the most wonderful man alive says his wife!!!
HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED!
