Dannie Locklear

Dannie P. Locklear (Chief), 78 passed Wednesday November, 3rd 2021 in Edwards, Co. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday November 10th at Brown's Cremation & Funeral Services in Grand Junction, Co. Family and friends are welcome to join services honoring Dannie.

He was born March 20th, 1943 in Robeson County North Carolina to Francis Jackson and Greene Locklear. He was preceded in death by Clara Locklear, James Locklear, and Billy Locklear.

He is survived by his wife Esther Locklear, his daughter Vicki Parrott (Nate) his son Dj Locklear Jr. (Crystal) Stepson's Lamont Wagstaff, Damont Wagstaff (Kara) Lamorris Wagstaff (Sharon) Timmy Johnson (Missy) Mike Johnson (Tracy) and Paula Johnson,  20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, significant others David Secrease (Kim) and Amber Clemons (Nano)

Dannie enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing modified cars, spending time with family and friends. When you think of Dannie, celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
