David Jack DeBrucque, 94, passed away on April 23, 2023, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was born on December 4, 1928, in Canastota, New York. David was a proud Marine and served in the Korean War. He was a tool and die maker by profession.
David was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he enjoyed taking trips to Florida, Alaska, and Mexico with his wife Mary Ann, who he has been married to since 1953. He will be missed by his wife Mary Ann, surviving sister Carolyn Woodcock, children Susan DeBrucque, Joseph (Kathy) DeBrucque, Richard DeBrucque, and Jean (Jerry) Furnari, as well as his six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his father August DeBrucque, mother Mary Drummond, brother Richard DeBrucque, and sister Jeanette Gregory.
A ceremony to honor David will be held on Wednesday, May 3rd, at 1pm at Browns Cremation and Funeral Services, with a burial following at Eckert Cemetery.
