Debbie Wilson

Debbie Lee Wilson, age 59, passed away 10/3/2019 following complications from a sudden stroke. Born 8/27/1960 in Durango, CO, she was the daughter of the late Rose Mary Melton (Valdez), and is survived by her adopted Father, Richard King Melton. Debbie was a happy Homemaker and wife for 34 years and a beautiful, loving mother for 40 years. She enjoyed crafts/sewing, keeping a beautiful home, collecting Elvis memorabilia, taking care of her family, camping, movies/music, and taking care of her dog, Brie. Debbie was dedicated to her family and did what she could to help when she could. Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Mary Melton (2014), her husband and love of her life of 34 years, Dennis Ray Wilson (2018). Debbie is survived by her daughter April Wilson, Denver, CO, her nephew Michael (Amy) Dolobacs Jr., her brother, her sister, and many nieces and nephews. No services will be held. She will be interned with her late husband at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Riverside Road in Grand Junction, CO. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in her name to St. Mary's Hospital, Hope West Hospice, or the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Grand Junction, CO. Cremation Services have been entrusted to Brown's Cremation & Funeral Services.
