Deborah Smith

Deborah Anne Smith Coulter, age 46 died on March 14, 2019 following a long illness.  Born July 14, 1972 in Huntington Beach, CA.  She was the daughter of the late Richard and Joan Coulter.  Debbie graduated from Peoria High School in Peoria, AZ and received her Associates Degree in Business Management from AIBT in Phoenix, AZ.  Debbie was the Director of financial Aide for the Phoenix seminary and had worked for various colleges in Financial Aide for over 20 years.  She enjoyed playing softball and throwing darts as well as drawing, arts and crafts and spending time with her family.  She was a fearless go getter that always stood up for what she believed in and never backed down from a fight.  She was devoted to her husband and children and brothers Jerry Jr. Kesinger, William Kesinger and Nephew Kodi Kesinger. and always tried to help others when she could.  Debbie was preceded in death by her father and mother, Richard and Joan Coulter.  Debbie is survived by her husband Tony Smith and her three children, Kyle Steg, Dylan Coulter and Toriana Smith, brothers Bryce Coulter, Mike Kesinger, Gary Kesinger, sisters Brenda Carlson, Bonnie Berastien, Dian Newland and granddaughter, Avery Steg and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services will be held at a later date.  Please consider making a memorial contribution in Debbie's name to Hope West Hospice, 3090 North 12th St., Unit B, Brand Junction, Colorado 81506.  Services have been entrusted to Brown's Cremation and Funeral Service.
