Dianna Kay Ehlers-Dumont, age 58 of Grand Junction Colorado passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 8th 2024, after a long battle with breast cancer.
Kay was born in Kingman Az. to the late William and Della Ehlers. Kay is survived by two older brothers. The family later moved to Grand Junction Colorado, Where Kay spent the rest of her life. Kay graduated from Central high school in 1984. Kay became the mother of two daughters, and in 1990 Kay met her loving husband Lyle Dumont and the couple spent 34 years together.
Kay worked many years in property management as an assistant and receptionist. Kay was a talented ceramics artist. She also enjoyed playing darts as well as camping with her family and friends. She adored animals and had many beloved pets.
Kay was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Kay's family and friends cherished the time spent with her, she truly will be missed.
Kay is survived by her husband Lyle Dumont, daughters Amanda Dumont, Kristin Martin and grandson Greyson Martin. " There are some who bring light so great to the world that even after they have gone the light remains."
