Ella Mae Guillen born 1/6/1945 in Frankfurt, Kansas died peacefully on Tuesday June 2, 2020 at La Villa Grande Care Center. She was 75 years old and lived in Grand Junction, CO. She suffered from Parkinsons with dementia.
Ella Mae grew up in Grand Junction, CO and graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 1963. She married Richard Briggs that same year and had three children in short order. They divorced in 1996. She married Ted Guillen Jr. in June 2000. He remains her loving husband. She worked and retired from the VA Hospital.
Ella Mae was a longtime member of the GJ Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved the Lord with all her heart and always showed that love to those around her. She always had a smile and a hug for everyone. She was a ray of sunshine and we will miss her. She is sleeping until the second coming of Jesus when He comes to take us home.

Ted(Tracey) Guillen; stepdaughter, Danielle Guillen; brothers, William(Colleen) Schreiner III, Richard(Gin) Schreiner; sisters, Mary Jane Leon, Kathy Irvin, Leona(John) Terry all of Grand Junction, Patricia(David) McCauley of Maumee, OH; sister-in-law, Sonya Bishop of Grand Junction; brother-in-law, John Menapace of Rock Springs, WY; grandchildren, Deanna Pafundi, Nicole Briggs, Alisa Johnson, Ryan(Emily) Johnson, Aaron Briggs, Raeann(Chris) Blomgren, Michel Briggs;
6 great grandchildren; 13 nephews; 10 nieces; several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Francis Schreiner II; mother, Mahela Verda Acord Schreiner; biological mother, Grace Alene Peckenpaugh Miller; brothers, Wilbur Bishop, Harold Dwight Miller; sisters, Maureen Padilla, Jean Menapace; brother-in-laws, Paul Irvin, Jose Leon; nephews, David Irvin, Ricky Schreiner, Roger Terry, Ronald Terry.
