Evelyn Colling

Evelyn Bell Colling, age 95, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at Mantey Heights Rahabilitation and Care Center in Grand Junction.

Born August 23, 1921 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Henry Miles and Florence Adeline (Reed) Parker.  In her earlier years, she worked in a factory as a seamstress and in more recent years, she worked in a beauty salon as a hairdresser.  At one time, she lived in the state of New York.

Evelyn loved the Lord and enjoyed watching religious programs on TV.  She also liked keeping up with current events via TV and magazines and continued with her lifelong fondness for sewing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son.

To honor Evelyn's wishes, no services will be held.
