Gerald Edward Collier passed away at 80 years of age on August 4, 2019 following a sudden accident.
He was born on April 21, 1939 in Picher, OK to the Late Margaret and Emmitt Collier.
He graduated from North High School in Torrance, California in 1957, then he was employed as a Diesel Mechanic.
Gerald enjoyed working on his cars, hunting, being outdoors, and talking about guns. He was very outgoing and loved to tell jokes to whoever he met. He always wanted to help and loved to tell stories about his childhood.
He is survived in death by his spouse, Dorothy Collier from Portland, OR; daughters, Louise (Tim) Stanworth from Grand Junction, CO, Faynell Collier from Clifton, CO, Kathy Collier from Copperas Cove, TX; step daughters Teresa (Jim) Hardy form Sultan, WA, Deann May (Larry) Wills from Point, TX; step son Mike (Linda) Holik from Corning, CA; brothers James (Donna) Collier from Bakersfield, CA and Richard (Barbara) Collier from Picher, OK; 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation at 9:00 AM and Funeral at 10:00 AM at the LDS Church Pear Park Ward, Friday, August 16.
Burial to follow at Crown Point Cemetery.
