Janet Jimerson

Janet Faye Jimerson, age 84 years old entered into rest with the Lord, on Saturday, September 2, 2017 following a long illness. Born 12/6/1932 in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania.

Janet was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Hinkle of Scio, NewYork. Janet is survived by her husband of 47 years, Roger Jimerson, of the Seneca Nation of Indians as well as a daughter, Debbie Seaward of Asheville, North Carolina; son, Jeff Seaward of Venice, Florida; son, Jim Seaward of Elkville, Illinois and daughter, Kory Shay of West Seneca, New York and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was a long time resident of the Rochester, New York area, where she was a Quality Control employee of Harris Electronics for 25 years. She also worked as a sales associate at Sibley's and Walmart and retired at the age of 78 from Herberger's.

She was member of Crossroads United Methodist Church in Grand Junction, Colorado.

A memorial service will be held at Crossroads United Methodist Church, 599 30 Road, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81504 on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 3 p.m.
