Janice Wattenberg

Janice Patricia "Pat" Wattenberg, was born on October 8, 1925 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Thomas and Harriette Harle. She left us in the early morning hours of December 24, 2015 in Grand Junction, Colorado at the age of 90. Pat was a long-time resident of Upton, Wyoming where she raised her family and was involved in different community groups. After retirement, as a member of Good Sam Club, she traveled all over the states of Wyoming and Montana participating in different club activities. During the winter months she spent her time in Yuma, Arizona where she made her permanent residence after the passing of her husband. She enjoyed decorating her home and having parties with family and friends. She was preceded in death by he husband, Bill Wattenberg, a son Rocke Wattenberg, her parents, her brother, and one sister. She is survived by a daughter Kathy (Mike) Vance of Grand Junction, Colorado, a son Tim Wattenberg of Moorcroft, Wyoming and a sister LaVerna Jackson of Omaha, Nebraska. Grandchildren Rocki Vance, Lyshia (Charlie) Cutts, Rocke (Jamie) Wattenberg, J. All of Grand Junction, Colorado; Tanya Novak of Phoenix, Arizona; Crystal (Scott) Reck and Bil (Mia) Wattenberg of Casper, Wyoming.. Great Grandchildren, Kasey (Shantell) Vance of Minot, North Dakota; Taylor (Brooke) Bartholomew, Kaylie (Jay) Hauser, Madison Cutts, Kaelen Vance, Sadie Wattenberg, and Kaden Vance all of Grand Junction, Colorado; Jake Novak and Christian Novak of Phoenix, Arizona; Anthony Schnabel, Steven Schnabel, Sieria Alcala, Trillian Jae Wattenberg all of Casper, Wyoming. Great-great grandson, Nicholas Schnabel of Casper, Wyoming. In lieu of services and to honor her request, her ashes will be spread in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming by her famimly to be with her husband, Bill Wattenberg. All memorial contributions are requested to be made to Hope West Hospice Care Center, 2764 Compass Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81506 Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Cremation and Funeral Service.
