John Herbert Fuller

 John Herbert Fuller April 30, 1936 – November 10, 2023 

John Fuller, of Palisade, Colorado, passed away on November 10, 2023, at age 87.

 John was born on April 30, 1936, to John “Jack” Fuller and Ruth Morgan Fuller in Casper, Wyoming. He had two siblings, Ruth and Larry. He spent his early years in Glenrock, Wyoming. Later, the family moved to Palisade, Colorado, where he attended High School and graduated with the Class of 1954. John attended Mesa College in Grand Junction, studying Agriculture. 

On January 28, 1956, he married Letty Lynn Rigg. They were married for 46 years before Lynn passed away in 2002. John was a devoted Christian, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and a dear friend to many. He was a lifetime member of Local #145. He enjoyed farming, his horses and cows, welding, and fishing. 

John is survived by four daughters: Ruth Boothe of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Mary Anne Maupin of Longview, Texas, Sherri Fuller of Clifton, Colorado, and Lisa Cunningham of Peterson, Iowa; two granddaughters, Lynn (Shawn Hall) Maupin of Longview Texas and Amber (Ross) Wetherell, of Peterson, IA; five great grandchildren, Caden, Brady and Blakelyn Hall of Longview, Texas, and, Alexis and Brody Wetherell of Peterson, Iowa. 

A graveside memorial service will be held on August 17, 2024, 9:00 a.m. at the Palisade Cemetery
