Joleen Ovenden

Joleen Kay "Jody" Ovenden, age 72, of Craig, CO passed away Friday, September 9, 2016 at St Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO

Born August 27, 1944 in North Platte, Nebraska, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Darlene Ward Paul.

Most recently, Jody was the business manager of the Print Shop in Craig, CO

A friendly and outgoing person, Jody enjoyed snowmobiling and was especially fond of hummingbirds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dan.

Survivors include her husband, Denman J. “Denny” Ovenden, two sons, Lee Ovenden of Grand Junction, and Jeff Ovenden of Loveland, a daughter-in-law, Stacie Sis, Craig, CO, a brother, John Paul and a sister Debbie Lou Bacon, both of Gottenburg, NE, a sister Debbie Lee, and a granddaughter, Taylor Ovenden of Craig, CO
