Joyce Ross

Joyce Lorine Ross (Gibson), born February 7, 1934, died at her home in Grand Junction, Colorado on November 1, 2021, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Cameo, Colorado to parents James Roe Gibson and Hazel Lorine Gibson. She was a lifelong member of First Assembly of God Church, now Victory Life Church. She enjoyed spending time with her large family

Joyce married Charles Ross in April of 1950, they had 68 wonderful years together.

Joyce enjoyed collecting oil lamps, camping, and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, husband Charles, daughter Kitty Payton and four siblings. She is survived by her children Paula Blunk (Gary), Mark Ross (Kristie), son-in-law Jerry Payton, eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and 2 sisters, Roxie McDonald and Vona Milusnic.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Victory Life

Church, 2066 Highway 6&50 Fruita, Colorado 81521, at 11:00am.
