Julia Davison

Julia Marie (Filter) Davison, went Home to be with Jesus, December 18th, 2021. She passed unexpectedly of natural causes at her home in Fruita, CO.

Juli was born September 25th, 1953 in Denver, CO to Kenneth and Jeanne Filter. She was raised as one of five Filter children in Littleton, CO. She graduated from Littleton High School in 1971.

Over the years Juli had many jobs. Her favorite jobs were being a mom and Amma. She was a wife and life long partner, to her best friend, Mike. A beloved mother to Codi and Bobbi. And a doting grandmother (Amma) to McKenna, Kylin and Cash. She was a mother figure to many over the years, helping with soccer, 4-H, youth groups, and many other school activities. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews. She also took in a German exchange student, Jenny Moers, as her "adopted" daughter.

She is survived by her life long partner, Michael Davison. Her daughters and their families; Codi, Jason,Kylin and Cash Barley and Bobbi and Mike Jason and McKenna LaBelle. Brothers; Dan (Lita) Filter,  Doug Filter, Jodi Droll and Jani (Jeff) Allen, along with many nieces, nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be January 15th at 2pm at Gospel Ministries Center 1622 Glenwood Ave. Grand Junction, CO 81501
