Larry Medina

Larry Eugene Medina, also known as Uncle Frog, was born on August 29th, 1949 in Wyoming.

Larry grew up in Red Cliff, Colorado. He had served in the Marines.

He loved to camp, hunt and fish and was a mentor to many people.

Larry is survived by his wife, Alice Medina; children, Manuel (Corinne) Medina, and Adeline (Craig) Hancock; sisters, Luann (Mario) Varela, and Berta Pacheco; grandchildren, Edward Medina, Jaylynn Medina, Raquel Medina, Augustine Hancock, Akeliah Hancock, and great grandchildren, Ayleen Medina, Gabriella Medina, and William Medina, as well as numerous nieces and newphews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eloy and Martha Medina, and his siblings, Thomas Medina, Wilma Medina, and Johnny Medina.

A rosary at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, at 6:00 PM. Services will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 27th, at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow at the church, and the burial will follow the reception in Battlement Mesa, Colorado.
