Linda Lea Bartlett

Born: February 27, 1951, in Roosevelt, Utah, lived in Grand Junction, Colorado.  Died:  October 22, 2018, in Grand Junction, Colorado from a long fight of illness.

Linda is preceded in death by her Son, Michael Bartlett; father, Donald Shafermeyer; mother, Merla. Rae Mecham.  All of Vernal, Utah.

She is survived by her son’s;  Frederick (Doris) Bartlett of Grand Junction, CO, James (Sadie) Bartlett of Dolores, CO, daughter; Kimberly (James) Slugh of Vernal, Utah, brother; Dallas (Jerri) Harrison of Roosevelt, Utah, and ex-husband Lee (Patti) Harper of Salt Lake City, Utah.

She had 30 Grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  Linda was an Aunt of 7 nieces and nephews and was considered Grandma by so many more.

Linda worked most of her life as a cook or waitress and she also graduated from Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah.

Her favorite things to do were camping, fishing, playing cards and dice and watching movies with her loved ones.
