Lisa was born in Welch, West Virginia on October 7, 1960 to Wayne and Claudine Hensley.  Lisa grew up in Gary, West Virginia as a coal miner’s daughter.  She was raised with southern family values that she kept and passed on to her children.  She was our angel on earth 59 years.

Lisa was the center so many people’s lives.  Her infectious laughter could brighten an entire room full of people.  Lisa loved to cook and entertain for all her family and friends.  She made every holiday special for her kids and grandkids.  She was on the praise team at Fruita Assembly of God, which she started attending with her adopted mom Barbra Pinkerton and sisters from another mister Beverly Clark and Marylou Hampson.
