Lori Bales

Loretta ‘Lori’ Mae Bales (Proy-Roebuck) passed away at the age of 96 on Monday, August 17th, 2020.

Born June 12th, 1924 in Jackson, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Bing and Clara Proy. Lori graduated Jackson High School, in Jackson, Michigan. She was a dedicated Jehovah’s Witness since 1974.

Lori loved to dance, golf and volunteer for her community. She was extremely friendly and funny; Lori always gave of herself for others.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents, younger brother, and Husband, Tom Bales.

Lori Mae Bales is survived by her Spiritual Sister, Sandy Darden, her Daughter, Roxanne of Oak Harbor, Washington, her Son, Tom (Cathi) of Reno, Nevada, her Grandchildren, Angela (Andy) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Christopher, Caitlyn, Logan, Mason, Julian, and Michael, her Great Grandchildren, Mike, Andrea, Chelsea, Stephen, Emma, Owen, Colette, Oslo, Mika and her Great Great Grandchildren, Lily, Oliver and Theo.

Memorial services will be determined at a later time.
