Lorraine Anna Dean

Lorraine Anna Dean passed away on December 5th at Eagle Ridge of grand Valley, Grand Junction, CO.  She was born on August 17, 1922 to Edward Rolland Mays, Jr., and Mabel Irene Seaton in Denver, CO.  She married Howard Everett Dean on august 29, 1938 in Grand Junction, CO.  They ranched on Mamm Creek and divide Creek and later Rulison.  After retiring they lived near Chernaw, CO  for 20 years and moved to Cedaredge in 1999.

Lorraine was a member of the Rebecca Lodge.  She enjoyed dancing, singing, cooking, gardening and handiwork.

She is survived by her husband of 81 years, 3 daughters Judy Simms, Donna Raymer (Art), and Sharon Cloud, and one son, Howard Edward Dean (Carol), 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 34 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Eugene Dean, and great grandson, Brian Lee Spangler.

Services will be held on Friday, December 13th, at 10:00 am at Browns Funeral Home 904 N 7th Street, Grand Junction.
