Margaret Ely

M. Berniece Ely, age 95, died November 25th, 2018

Born in 1923, she was the daughter of Ben and Esther Younker.

She graduated from Grand Junction Highschool and attended Ross business college, in Columbus, OH shortly after. Berniece was a loving housewife and mother for many years before using her business backround to work for JC Penney designing and selling custom drapery. She was a proud member of the organization, American business women. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends and working in the yard.

She is survived by her daughter Janice Moore of Grand Junction, Her grandson Jeff Moore of Morton, IL, granddaughter Tamma Floyd and grandson Chris Ely of Houston, MO, as well as 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Ely in 1998, and Son Arden Ely, in 2008.

Memorial services will be held this Summer in Denver, CO.
