Mary Ann was born in Grand Junction to Tony R. and Julia Schuste Garcia. She graduated from Grand Junction High School.

Mary Ann lived for a number of years in Maryland and then came home to be with her parents.

She is being buried with her son Robert who died last year. No services are planned.
