Sue Lowdermilk

Sue Lowdermilk, 88, passed away on April 13, 2025 with her loving family by her side. Born Mary Sue Anderson on June 14, 1936 in Baldwin, Colorado to Albin and Francis Anderson.

Sue graduated from Paonia High School and also attended Mesa State College.

Sue married Dwayne Lowdermilk on February 11, 1956 and from this union three sons were born.

Sue spent her career helping to develop Rocky Mountain Health Plans into what it is today.

Sue was a friendly, loving woman who enjoyed the outdoors and her family.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband Dwayne, parents Albin and Francis, brother David Anderson and sister Carol Franks.

Sue is survived by her sons, Dean Lowdermilk, Keith & Kim Lowdermilk and Scott Lowdermilk.

Grandchildren, Ryan & Jessie Lowdermilk, Ashley & Buck Nunn, Devin & Kailey Lowdermilk, Amanda Lowdermilk, Jessica & Tyler Nathe and Danielle & Tyler Riehl and seven Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2830 Riverside Parkway, Grand Junction, CO on April 24, 2025 at 1:00PM
