Michael Lippert

Michael John Lippert, age 46, passed away on April 15, 2017 following a brief battle with Cancer.  Born November 23, 1970 in Saginaw, MI.  He was the son of the late David and Marilyn Lippert.  He graduated from Heritage High School in 1989.  After many years of working Michael decided to continue his education to become a nurse.  Michael had been an Employee of Colorado Canyons Hospital, in Fruita, CO as a Nurse, which became his second family.  Michael was a leader of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, coach in many sports, to name just a few.  Michael enjoyed hunting, camping, reading, writing, but most of all he was incredibly passionate about his children and wife.  He was always laughing and joking.  He had an amazing sense of humor and an infectious laugh.

Michael is survived by his wife, Ginnie, of 14 years, sons Fletcher, Xander and Jamie, daughter Natalie; grandson Jakob Krush;  Brothers Chris and Doug Lippert, sister Beth Martinez;

Memorial Service will be on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Canyon West Worship Center 456 Kokopelli Dr. #G Fruita, CO 81521.  Celebration  following at the Lippert Household 308 N. Mesa St. Fruita, CO 81521.
