Nickolas Lafferty

Nickolas John Lafferty, age 33, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Clifton, CO Born October 13, 1981 in Grand Junction, CO, he was the son of Terry L. Lafferty and Christine Rose Beauchan. As a child, he enjoyed playing soccer, wrestling and riding his bike. He was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 2000. Having worked in the Oil and Gas industry, he loved the drilling rigs and the people he worked with. He had a passion for classic cars and trucks, and loved to go dirt biking and four-wheeling. He loved people and animals. He was a man of few words, but always would give you a smile. He is survived by his dad, Terry (Cindy) Lafferty of Grand Junction, mother, Christine (Mike Pace) Beauchan, Clifton, brother, Christopher Martin, Grand Junction, Grandparents, John Beauchan and Joy Beauchan of Missoula, MT, aunts and uncles, John (Maureen) Lafferty, Larry Lafferty, Barbara Jo Dennis, Jessie Lafferty, all of Casper, WY, Kelly Elam, Missoula, MT, Barbara (Craig) McGlong, Malvern, PA, Brett (Melany) Beauchan, Souix Falls, SD, and his special friend, Terri. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 11, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Brown's Chapel, 904 N. 7th Street, Grand Junction, CO. Memorials may be made in Nick's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Rocky Mountain Chapter, 8055 E. Tuffs Ave, Denver, CO  80237.
