Patrick Simmons

Patrick Simmons went to be at peace in the arms of his loving heavenly Father March 19th, 2022. He was born in Rifle Colorado and lived most of his life in Orchard Mesa Colorado. He is survived by his mother, Denice Simmons, grandmother Marian Mohney, sister Lindsey Reed, brother Justin Simmons, nephews Anthony Jiron, Tyler Jiron, niece Rhenae Jiron, and many other loving family members and friends including his beloved dog, Chico. Patrick is preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Mohney. In love and light and forever in our hearts.
