Patrick Ray Wingfield

Patrick Ray Wingfield passed away on Saturday July 6th, 2024 at St Mary's Hospital. 

Patrick was the second child out of 6 children born to James and Betty Lou (Smith) Wingfield of Vinita Oklahoma. 

Patrick grew up in several areas of Oklahoma, and after graduating high school he joined the Navy. He served on the USS Blue Ridge as a radarman. After he served his time in the Navy Patrick worked and lived in Texas before finally settling in Colorado where he worked as a coal miner until he retired. 

Pat liked to play golf, go fishing at Lake Powell with his family, tinker in his shop and garden and build things with his hands. He liked spending time with his family and animals. He was known to tell jokes and pull pranks on those he loved. 

Pat is survived by his wife, Patricia, his 7 children, and numerous grand and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and one son Jeff.
