Richard J Berryman, 84, died February 13,2024 in Montrose, Colorado. Richard was born August 25, 1939 in Hanover, PA. He was a veteran of the US Airforce having served as Airman Basic for 4 Years.
Rick had been an Electrician in the Mining industry for many years and he also installed fire suppression systems and did a lot of plumbing. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and exploring old mines. One of his unmatched talents was his beautiful “Hitched Horsehair Belts”.
Rick was a jokester and was always happy to meet new people to pull them into his jokes. But above all, Rick loved his family and was the most selfless and giving person, and was always there when needed. He never missed a birthday or holiday for any of his kids, grandkids, great grandkids, or great, great grandkids. He was deeply loved and adored by them all.
Rick was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Berryman and Daughter-in-Law, Lori Kinsey. He is survived by his children, Debbie (Rob) Roberts, Roxanne Hohbein, Randy (Tama) Kinsey, Mitch Kinsey, Bill (Becky) Kinsey, Cory (Rebecca) Bailey, 11 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 6 1/2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be March 29, 2024 at 10:00am at the VA Cemetery. 2830 Riverside Pkwy, Grand Junction, Colorado. Please plan to arrive early.
