Samuel Elwood Williams

Samuel Elwood Williams,  age 66 left this world March 9th, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, CO following  sudden illness.. 

Sam was born September 6th, 1957, he was the son of Gilbert and Mildred Williams..He was preceded in death my his loving wife Kelly Albee Williams.. 

Sam graduated high school in 1975..Sam loved caring for people he went to college to become a registered nurse in 1997..During his life he was also a police officer for several years,  tried his own businesses and an over the road truck driver. Sam retired in 2014.. 

He enjoyed fishing, camping,  hunting,  target practice and playing a few games of pool..He enjoyed working with his hands, tile work, woodworking,  construction  and making his rounds checking on all of us or just being  "Our Sam".. 

Sam was a private man about his past, he had numerous children that he loved and spoke about often always wishing he could see them more often.. Sam always had a warm smile, lots of love and support to his many special friends and family. 

He will be greatly missed by all who's lives he touched..Don't be sad for Sam, remember the laughs, tears and the full life  

he lived..
