Sandra Lynn Howells Pettley Doporto

Sandra Howells Pettley Doporto, age 66, passed away Aug. 5th 2024 following multiple long illnesses. 

Born June 11th 1958 in SLC, Utah she was the daughter of the late Robert Howells and Barbara Shakespear.

Sandy attended Tooele high school in Tooele, Utah until her senior year just shy of graduation. She went back to school years later and graduated from Kearns High in 1996.

Sandy had retired from the United States Postal Service after working there for 20 years. She also worked for Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas cleaning and inspecting gas mask parts for our military troops..

Sandy enjoyed working on crafts, scrapbooking, fishing, and spending time with all her grandbabies whom she loved with her whole heart. She was very loved by all her friends and family and will be missed everyday. 

Sandy is survived by spouse Richard Doporto, daughters Tiffany(Max) Schaffer, Melissa Pettley, and step daughter Crystal(Mike) Phillips and son John(Brooke) Pettley and step son Joe(Jamie) Doporto, sister Penny(Bill) Montalvo, brothers Kenneth(Paula) Urry, Robert( Brandi) Howells, Andrew(Kristin ) Hutchman..she was preceded in death by sister Sherry Fawn Howells
