Suzanne Camille Waide, age 61, died at 11:50 pm on Friday, December 31, 2021 following a long illness. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, with her daughter by her side.

Born on Wednesday, June 15, 1960 in Madisonville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Harry Doyle Waide and the late Peggy Sullivan Waide.

Suzanne was first and foremost a writer, with a brilliant imagination and a keen intellect. She was an honest and hardworking individual who always helped others when and where she could. She was a quiet but friendly person who enjoyed the warmth and comfort of her own home and the companionship of her lovable cat, Sebastian.

In her earlier years, Suzanne graduated high school, attended community college, and continued on to the University of Kentucky to further study pharmacy.

Suzanne was a certified pharmacy technician for many years.  She also made many professional writing contributions online, where she made many wonderful friendships that were important to her.

Cooking was something Suzanne loved to do, and excelled at, particularly making dishes for the holidays. Her homemade fudge was always popular. She also enjoyed music and shared this with her daughters as they grew up.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Sullivan Waide, and is survived by her daughters - Mary Mae Curb and Hannah Jo Curb, her brothers - Kent (Stacy) Waide and Ben (Lori) Waide, her father- Harry Doyle Waide and her granddaughters -  Olivia, Valerie, Kristian and Isabella.

She will be dearly missed and always remembered. The family expresses gratitude for her beautiful life that taught so many lessons and brought so much joy.

Memorial Services/Celebration of Life will be held or at a later date.
