Ted married Caleen Shirlee Street on Nov. 16, 1974. They enjoyed 47 years together. The two were each other's lifelong companions and friends. They were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Alisha and Krisi.
Ted was a very hard worker and owned his own roofing company. Later in life, he followed his dream and opened Assay Pawn Shop. He did everything in his power to give his three girls the best life possible. His hobbies included reading the newspaper, researching guns, rebuilding car engines, playing Scrabble, collecting coins, watching Jeopardy, playing Nintendo, and morning coffee with his best buddies.
Ted is survived by his wife, Caleen Street (Robison), his daughters Alisha Smith (Corbin), Krisi Gustad (Keith), three wonderful grandkids, Phalen, Kayman, and Kinna, 3 brothers, Jim, Dan, and Gary, 3 sisters, Mary, Linda, and Shirley. He is also survived by numerous additional family members. He was an amazing husband, Dad, and Papa.
Some of his favorite stories were hearing about his passion for explosives and going out to the desert to blow things up. He even spent a couple years figuring out how to build his own fireworks.
Ted will be remembered for his fiery spirit and dry sense of humor. But he also had a sweet, sensitive side when it came to his daughters and pet kitty cats. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
