Theofiel Vanlondersele

Theofiel "Phil" VanLondersele, 72, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on, Thursday, September 8, 2016 in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was born November 1, 1943 to Frank and Mary VanLondersele in Detroit, Michigan. On June 19th, 1965 he married Andrea DeLautre in Escondido, California. Surivors included his wife Andrea, his four children, Michele VanLondersele-Green (son-in-law Wayne Green), Kelli McLean (son-in-law Dr. Shawn McLean), Dr. Theo VanLondersele and Sheila Godkin. His eight grandchildren Diandra, Maximillian, Remington, Dartagnan, Morgan, Treyvon, Kaiden and Graycyn. Phil's number one priority in life was his family, and being married to Andrea for over 51 years. He was an extremely outgoing individual that knew no one as a stranger for long. In his early years he owned and operated a very large construction-masonry company in California. He later sold the company and moved his family to Grand Junction where he lived for the last 39 years as a farmer. He always said, "A man with no land has no soul".
