Thomas Franklin Huesman, Sr. age 69, of Fruita, Colorado died Sunday, September 18, 2016 at his residence.
Born July 9, 1947 in Moundsville, West Virginia, he was the son of Harold and Mabel Murphy Huseman.
Tom was a veteran of the United States Army having served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW.
Most recently he worked at Family Health West as maintenance technician.
Tom was an outdoors enthusiast who loved to fish.
He was an outgoing, friendly and a happy-go-lucky guy who loved to tease. But more than anything, Tom loved his family and spending time with them.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Marie Huseman, five sons, George, Joey, Steven, Tommy, and Jimmy Huseman, four daughters, Shellamina, Kim, Connie and Cory, sisters, Dolly Adams, Jannette Minar, and Kathrine Rookie, one brother, George Huseman, and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by his ex-wife, Ester Huseman.
Inurnment with Military Honors will be held at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 3 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with expenses would be gratefully accepted.
