Thomas Norris

Thomas Victor “Vic” Norris, 61 of Grand Junction, Colorado entered into rest at his home on March 28, 2017.  Vic and his wife, Jill Norris had celebrated 11 years of marriage earlier in March.  Born in Denver, Colorado, Vic was the son of Richard Norris and Cleora Cofield.

Vic was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Military Police and received many citations.  He was a general contractor and carpenter by trade.

He had a passion for fly fishing, was an avid golfer and a member of Trout Unlimited.

Surviving besides his wife are three children, Kristopher, Jason (both of Ft. Collins, CO) and Jennifer of Bozeman, MT.  Vic also had three brothers, Mark (Donna) of Castle Pines, CO, Mike of Gunnison, CO and Todd (Holly) of Glenwood Springs, CO.

The family will hold a celebration of life in Gunnison, Colorado in September.  Those who wish to remember Vic may make a contribution in his memory to Hope West, Grand Junction, Colorado or Trout Unlimited.
