Timothy Lynn Morgan, a native of Baton Rouge, LA but a lover of the state of Georgia, passed away Thursday October 13th from complications connected to ALS. He had been living with his loving sister, who was caring for him, in Grand Junction, CO.
He worked multiple years for SEC in Georgia and when not devoted to his job, spent free time with his pups, Molly and Daisy, also fishing and hunting and always on the lookout for something that needed to be repaired where he could restore it to pristine condition. His generosity in holiday and/or birthday gift giving was legendary and knew no bounds.
He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Lee Morgan Jr. and his stepmother, Nancy A. Morgan. Tim is survived by his mother, Geraldine Cassels, and his sister Patricia (who took care of him since he was a baby), his fishing/vacationing brother Steve who took care of him for a year while he battled his ALS, along with his sister-in-law, Julie and his baby sister Carla, who offered her home and care to him the last few months of his life. He is loved and will be missed by many nephews and nieces.
