Wayne Kuhnert

Wayne Carson Kuhnert, age 73, died November 15th, 2020, following a sudden illness (Covid).  Born April, 11th, 1947 in Allentown Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Samuel J Kuhnert and Alethia G Bair. Carson attended Hargrave Military School, in Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham Va. He was a veteran of the US Air Force having served as a Staff Sergeant (E-5) during Vietnam. Carson had been employed as a Commercial Pilot in the Aviation Industry for 50 years. He also worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Evergreen, Co for several years in the ‘70’s. He enjoyed watching NFL Football and Nascar, and was a talented vocalist that often performed at weddings. Carson was very outgoing and dedicated to helping others. Carson is survived by spouse, Dora Hill, Son, Gabe (Julie) Kuhnert, Bakersfield, CA, Sister, Rhea (John) Christopher, Pittsburg, PA, Niece, Ruth (Daniel) Hartling, Pittsburg, PA, grand children Zachary and Bradley Kuhnert, Bakersfield, CA. Memorial services will be at a later date.
