Willa Irwin

December 11, 1938 — December 18, 2018

Dee Irwin passed away at Hope West on December 18th, at the age of 80.  She was born to William and Florence (Ensley) Lange in Grand Junction, Colorado.  Dee spent her childhood in Grand Junction and graduated from Central High School in 1956.

She married Wallace Irwin Jr. in 1956.  Together they had three children, Donald Irwin, Colleen (Larry) Moss, and Nancy (Michael) Ketchum.  Dee was also the proud grandmother of five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Dee spent her life doing a variety of jobs.  One of her favorites was a milk tester for Western Colorado Milk Producers.  She enjoyed the mountains, fishing, hunting, playing the slots in Mesquite, and Bingo.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and always worried about her “flock”.

Dee was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard, and grandson Donald Jr.
