William Evans “Bill” Crow III, age 69, died on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Born February 10, 1952, in Fort Monroe, Virginia, he was the son of the late William and Suzanne Crow.
Bill worked in the food industry most of his life. His final job before retirement was with Empire Marketing Strategies, which allowed him to settle in Grand Junction. He loved driving the scenic highways of his territory: western Colorado, eastern Utah, and northern New Mexico.
Bill had an exuberance for life, and lived aligned with the motto “go with the flow”. He loved all kinds of music and played the guitar as well as the harmonica.
Bill was happiest when he was playing tennis or golf, as well as swimming laps. Generous by nature, he supported the work of many non-profits with monthly donations.
Bill was preceded in death by brothers Peter and Mark, and is survived by his sister Patricia Crow.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at a later date, when it is safer to gather.
