William Dorsey

William (Bill) R. Dorsey, age 79, passed away on January 10th, 2023 peacefully in his sleep.

Born January 10th, 1944 in New York, he was the son of the late John and Catherine Dorsey. Bill was a veteran of the United States Army having served as SP4 during the Vietnam War. After the war, Bill worked many years as a successful salesman. He enjoyed golf, hiking, snowshoeing, and especially spending time with his family. Bill always said there was, “Nothing special” about him but EVERYTHING was special about him.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, John, his mother, Catherine, and his sister, Virginia. Bill is survived by his loving wife Bonnie of 53 years, his daughters Virginia (Glen), Teri, and Karen (Andy). He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
